Rules and eligibility
The key rules of UzHack. The complete official rulebook will be published by the organizers.

01Eligibility
- UzHack is intended for students studying in Malaysia.
- Students of all disciplines are welcome. You do not need to study IT.
- Students from Malaysian universities may be invited to participate alongside Uzbek students, subject to the final eligibility rules.
- Participation is free.
02Teams
- Each team has exactly 3 members.
- Each team competes in one track.
- One team leader registers the team and acts as the main contact.

Smart Healthcare
Digital clinic systems, Queue management, Telemedicine, Citizen-facing healthcare services
- 02
Smart Transport & Mobility
Traffic management, Public transport solutions, Smart parking, Urban logistics
- 03
Smart Education
Digital education services, Equal access to learning, School and university process improvements
04Competition rounds
- Online preliminary round: about two weeks to develop an idea and an initial prototype.
- Selection: about one week of judging. Approximately 20 finalist teams advance.
- Offline Grand Final: two days in Kuala Lumpur / Selangor, Malaysia, with optional overnight work.
05Preliminary submission
- A project description with your initial prototype.
- A short presentation video.
- Exact formats, limits and deadlines will be announced officially.
