01Who we are

UzHack (Uzbekistan-Malaysia Tech Bridge) is a student-led hackathon organized by a team of Uzbek students in Malaysia. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected for the competition.

02What we collect

Through the official registration form we collect only what the competition needs: team name, the team leader’s name and email, each member’s name, university and contact details, the chosen track, and your consent to this notice.

We do not collect passport or identity documents or payment details. Participation is free.

03How we use it

To manage registration, verify eligibility, communicate with participants, run judging and organize the Grand Final. We do not sell your information.

04Who can access it

Only members of the organizing team who need it for the purposes above. Registration responses are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets, which are operated by Google.

05Website analytics

If enabled, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand overall traffic, such as page visits and button clicks. It does not receive the contents of the registration form.

06Retention and your rights

We keep registration data only as long as needed to run the event and will delete it afterwards, within a period announced by the organizers. You may ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time through our official contact channel.
